«КазМунайГаз» выходит из проекта Исатай

“КазМунайГаз” выходит из проекта “Исатай” и возвращает участок правительству, передает LS.

Согласно финотчету за 2022 год, нацкомпания признала убыток от обесценения по активам по разведке и оценке по проекту “Исатай” в размере 3,2 млрд тенге. В связи с этим было принято решение вместе с компанией-партнером «Isatay Operating Company LLP» выйти из проекта и вернуть контрактную территорию правительству.

Также был признан убыток от аналогичных причин в размере 8,9 млрд тенге по проекту “Южный Урихтау”. Территория также будет возвращена правительству.

Помимо этого, в 2021 году КМГ списал активы по разведке и оценке в 59,3 млрд тенге по проекту “Жамбыл”, контракт на недропользование по которому был расторгнут, и контрактная территория возвращена правительству.

Кроме того, нацкомпания частично уменьшила контрактную территорию на участке “Тайсоган” и списала расходы по разведке и оценке на 19,8 млрд тенге (в 2021 году).

Ранее LS сообщал, что ENI приобрела 50% права на добычу в месторождении Исатай.

Ожидалось, что до 2025 года общий объем инвестиций по проектам “Исатай”, “Абай”, “Женис”, “Каламкас-море” и “Хазар” составит более $5 млрд.
