It is proposed to legislatively revise the schemes of oil supplies to the domestic market in Kazakhstan, KazTAG reports with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister.
"On May 3, in Ukimet uyi, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov held a meeting on the production and distribution of fuels and lubricants (fuels and lubricants). The relevant proposals were developed by the Ministry of Energy as part of the execution of the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the reform of the fuel and lubricants market. Speaking with the report, Energy Minister Bolat Akchulakov proposed to introduce legislative changes that provide for the revision of oil supply schemes to the domestic market and the sale of petroleum products," the report said on Tuesday. Thus, the amendments imply the supply of oil for processing directly by the subsoil users themselves, subsidiaries of the marketing structures of the subsoil users, as well as the purchase of oil by refineries (refineries). In the sphere of the sale of petroleum products, it is proposed to eliminate unproductive intermediaries.
