Talgat Kurmanbayev, General Director of KazTransOil JSC, visited the port of Aktau as part of a working visit to the Mangystau region. Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "NC "AMTP" Abai Turikpenbayev acquainted the guests with the current infrastructure capabilities of the port, as well as the immediate plans for the reconstruction and modernization of its production facilities. Now, together with Tengizchevroil LLP and NMSK Kazmortransflot LLP, a project is being worked out for the reconstruction of oil loading berths No. 9 and 10, the implementation of which will restore the capabilities of the Aktau port for oil transshipment to 12.5 million tons per year.
