Tatneft decided to create an oilfield service company in Kazakhstan for the development of oil fields. This is reported by interfax with reference to the materials of the Deputy General Director of Tatneft Rinat Shafigullin for the annual conference of the group's labor collectives.

"Having assessed the expediency of participating in the development of oil fields in partnership with JSC National Company KazMunayGas, a decision was made to form an oilfield service company in the country", – it is said in the presentation of Rinat Shafigullin about the company's projects outside Tatarstan.

Earlier it was reported that in April 2021, Tatneft and KazMunayGas signed an agreement of intent to cooperate in projects for the exploration and development of hydrocarbon deposits in Kazakhstan.
