Солнце стало вторым источником энергии в Бразилии

В конце 2022 года установленная мощность солнечной энергетики Бразилии достигла 23,9 ГВт, сообщает местная ассоциация ABSOLAR. За год в стране ввели в строй порядка 10 ГВт солнечных электростанций. По этому показателю Бразилия определенно войдёт в пятерку крупнейших солнечных рынков 2022 года.

Как пишет сайт, RenEn, фотоэлектрическая генерация впервые обошла ветроэнергетику, которая закончила год с 23,8 ГВт. Крупнейшим производителем электроэнергии в Бразилии является гидроэнергетика. Её установленная мощность составила 109,7 ГВт.

Показатель солнечной энергетики включает в себя как малые кровельные установки, так и крупномасштабные объекты.

Ассоциация отмечает, что с 2012 года, инвестиции в солнечную энергетику составили 22,5 млрд долларов США, в отрасли было создано 705 тысяч рабочих мест, и она позволила избежать выбросов СО2 в объёме 33,3 млн тонн.
