В Амурской области построят ветропарк для экспорта электричества в Китай

Российская компания – производитель низкоуглеродного алюминия и возобновляемой энергии En+ Group планирует простроить на территории Амурской области ветропарк. Об этом сообщил РБК руководитель энергетического бизнеса En+ Group Михаил Хардиков на площадке VII Восточного экономического форума (ВЭФ).

Ветропарк планируют строить на территории опережающего развития «Приамурская» (резиденты ТОР освобождаются от уплаты налога на имущество и земельного налога, налога на прибыль в региональный и федеральный бюджеты в течение пяти лет. – РБК) при поддержке корпорации по развитию Дальнего Востока и Арктики и правительства Амурской области.

Технологическим партнером выступит китайская государственная корпорация PowerChina.

«Потенциальная установленная мощность проекта при использовании технологических возможностей китайских партнеров может достичь 1 ГВт, что позволит генерировать порядка 3,5 млрд кВт·ч в год для экспорта зеленой электроэнергии в КНР», – говорится в сообщении.

Хардиков сообщил, что сейчас ведется оценка капитальных затрат на реализацию проекта в разных конфигурациях, сроки строительства составят около двух лет.

В России есть уже несколько ветропарков. Например, Фонд развития ветроэнергетики (совместный инвестиционный фонд ПАО «Фортум» и «Роснано») ввел в действие первый проект в начале 2019 года — это был ветропарк мощностью 50 МВт в Ульяновской области. Сейчас среди проектов фонда есть ветропарки в Астраханской, Ростовской, Волгоградской и Самарской областях, а также в Калмыкии.

В июле 2021 года «Энел Россия» (дочерняя компания итальянской Enel) подписала на выставке «Иннопром» в Екатеринбурге соглашение о создании в Ростовской области второго ветропарка. Инвестиции в строительство ветроэлектростанции (ВЭС) оценивались в 10 млрд руб. Компания строит ВЭС – в Мурманской области на 201 МВт.
