Нейросеть обучили управлять атомной станцией

Исследователи создали искусственный интеллект, который обнаруживает проблемы в работе атомной электростанции на ранней стадии, сообщает портал «Хайтек». 

Исследователи из Аргоннской национальной лаборатории США разработали «цифровой двойник» усовершенствованного ядерного реактора. На основе модели они обучают нейросеть собирать данные, диагностировать проблемы и давать рекомендации операторам станции.

По сообщениям исследователей, в настоящее время нейросеть может в режиме реального времени диагностировать и контролировать работу основных компонентов атомной электростанции. Сейчас исследователи обучают ИИ давать рекомендации обслуживающему персоналу.

Исследователи отмечают, что хотя система построена на основе данных работы конструктивно новых современных ядерных реакторов, она может быть легко адаптирована для работы любой атомной электростанции.

Атомные электростанции производят большое количество электроэнергии, не загрязняя планету. Но такие станции требуют больших затрат. Прежде всего потому, что они требуют постоянного контроля и обслуживания для обеспечения постоянного потока энергии и безопасности эксплуатации.

Обычная АЭС включает в себя сотни или даже тысячи датчиков, контролирующих работу системы. Работа по проверке каждого датчика, а также производительности компонентов системы, таких как клапаны, насосы, теплообменники, в настоящее время возлагается на персонал, который ходит по цеху. Эту работу может заменить нейросеть, считают ученые.
