Расширение Шымкентского НПЗ предпочтительнее строительства нового завода

«Вопрос по четвертому НПЗ: наиболее оптимальным с точки зрения министерства, мы думаем, это расширение Шымкентского нефтеперерабатывающего завода», – сказал Акчулаков на брифинге в пятницу, сообщает журнал «SK News».

По словам министра, производительная мощность завода с нынешних 6 млн тонн переработки может быть потенциально расширена до 12 млн тонн.

«Территория завода, общее заводское хозяйство позволяет постепенно расширить данный завод. Когда есть общее заводское хозяйство строить новый завод в степи выйдет очень дорого, нежели расширять существующий завод, тем более он был для этого предусмотрен», – отметил глава министерства.

«До 12 млн тонн есть возможность расширить, но пока вопрос так не стоит, столько нефтепродуктов нам не надо. По 2-3 млн наращивать думаем», – уточнил он.

По его словам, решение относительно строительства нового или расширения Шымкентского НПЗ пока не принято.

Проектная мощность ШНПЗ составляет 6 млн тонн в год, глубина переработки – 81,6%. Завод был построен в 1985 году. Национальная нефтегазовая компания Казахстана «КазМунайГаз» и CNPC владеют по 50% долей акций Шымкентского НПЗ.

В Казахстане действуют три крупных НПЗ – Атырауский, Шымкентский (ТОО «ПетроКазахстан Ойл Продактс») и Павлодарский НХЗ (ПНХЗ).
