Токаев подписал закон об учреждении Института глобального зеленого роста

Президент Касым-Жомарт Токаев подписал закон об учреждении Института глобального зеленого роста, передает пресс-служба Акорды.

“Главой государства подписан закон Республики Казахстан “О ратификации Соглашения об учреждении Института глобального зеленого роста”, – говорится в сообщении.

В апреле 2022 года правительство постановило внести данный законопроект на рассмотрение мажилиса парламента. 

В середине сентября мажилисмены одобрили законопроект о ратификации Соглашения об учреждении Института глобального зеленого роста. Об этом сообщается на официальном сайте мажилиса. 

Вице-министр экологии, геологии и природных ресурсов Талгат Момышев пояснил, что Соглашение об учреждении Института глобального зеленого роста было подписано в Рио-де-Жанейро 20 июня 2012 года. Сам институт основан в 2010 году и является международным научно-исследовательским центром, основной деятельностью которого является поддержка новой модели экономического роста известного как “зеленый рост”. Он также отметил, что, присоединившись к соглашению, Казахстан будет иметь доступ к экспертному потенциалу и наработанной базе знаний института, с возможностью привлечения технической помощи, без принятия каких-либо обязательств. 

“Настоящее соглашение направлено на содействие внедрению модели зеленой экономики в стране. Принятый закон открывает возможности для обмена опытом в области зеленых технологий со странами – партнерами Глобального института зеленого роста. Надеемся, что это будет способствовать сбалансированному и устойчивому развитию Казахстана”, – заявил спикер сената Маулен Ашимбаев.
