«КазМунайГаз» и «Abu Dhabi Ports» подписали соглашение о создании совместного предприятия на базе Международного финансового центра «Астана». Оно займется оказанием услуг нефтегазовым проектам на Каспии, пишет журнал «SK News».
Изучаются возможности для создания торгового флота: строительство и приобретение контейнерных паромов – для транзита из Китая в ЕС по Транскаспийскому маршруту, и сухогрузных судов – для участия в перевозках генеральных грузов по маршруту «Север – Юг» (Россия – Иран).
«В контексте того, что за прошедший год перевалка грузов через казахстанские морские порты Актау и Курык выросла в два раза и, вероятно, будет расти дальше, соглашение должно помочь развитию логистических цепочек региона. Тем более, что резкий рост обнаружил и сложности, такие, как инфраструктурные ограничения на железнодорожных путях и узловых станциях, дефицит локомотивов, фитинговых платформ и крытых вагонов», – отмечают эксперты Telegram-канала Купечество Vs Санкции
Но Казахстан активно развивает и железнодорожное направление: начато строительство новой железнодорожной линии «Аягоз – Бахты» и погранперехода на границе Казахстана с Китаем. Вероятно, готовятся инфраструктурное масштабное строительство и в западную сторону.
В проекте «Аягоз – Бахты» стране помогает Евразийский банк развития, который безвозмездно предоставляет «Казахстанским железным дорогам» деньги на разработку технико-экономического обоснования.
Предполагается, что новая инфраструктура позволит увеличить грузооборот на 20 млн тонн в год, сообщает Торгпредство России в Казахстане.
