Стороны готовят предварительное технико-экономического обоснование возможностей повышение монетизации добываемого сырого газа и продуктов его переработки, оценивают варианты по объемам поставок и по концепции переработки газа с учетом интересов республики и консорциума, сообщает Telegram-канал Petrocouncil.kz.
«На данном этапе проводится предварительная технико-экономическая оценка всевозможных концептуальных вариантов по объемам поставок и по принципу переработки газа. Предварительные результаты по итогам предпроектных работ ожидаются в 2023 году», – ответили в национальной компании на запрос «NewsHub.kz».
Стоимость газоперерабатывающего завода, который планируется построить на Карачаганаке, оценивается в 3-3,5 млрд. долларов, мощность – 4,5 млрд кубометров в год.
Причина в том, что ранее Оренбургский завод на 40% снизил переработку карачаганакского газа. Официальная причина – внеплановые ремонтные работы на установке получения серы и доочистки отходящих газов, установках очистки и осушки газа и т.д.
На данный момент, прием газа на Оренбургского ГПЗ по-прежнему остается на сниженном уровне. Более того, в декабре компания «Газпром Переработка» (владелец завода) проинформировала о продлении периода ремонтных работ до 28 февраля этого года.
