Казахстан не заменит объёмы российской нефти

Казахстан не сможет заместить объемы нефти, экспортируемой Россией в Евросоюз, сообщил министр энергетики республики Болат Акчулаков.

«Наша первоочередная задача – сохранить наши текущие контракты, которые у нас есть, в том числе с европейскими потребителями посредством «Каспийского трубопроводного консорциума» и нефтепровода «Атырау – Самара». Однако мы никоим образом не говорим о том, чтобы брать и замещать чьи-то объемы, у нас такой возможности нет», – цитирует Акчулакова агентство Интерфакс-Азербайджан.

Таким образом он ответил на вопрос о том, вырос ли спрос на казахстанскую нефть со стороны ЕС с вводом антироссийских санкций.

«Сколько бы желающих не было получить дополнительно объемы, к сожалению, добыча нефти – это не вода в кране, ее напор не зависит от того, насколько вы открыли вентиль. Чтобы такие объемы нефти добыть нужно очень много денег вложить в месторождения, пробурить скважины, это все требует больших денег и много времени. Поэтому заместить огромные объемы на рынке – это вопрос сложный. Даже для той же Саудовской Аравии значительно увеличить объем добычи тоже большой вопрос», – сказал он.
