В Жезказгане построят новый НПЗ

Акимат Улытауской области совместно с министерством национальной экономики представили на заседании правительства проект комплексного плана социально-экономического развития региона на 2022–2026 годы, который предусматривает строительство нефтеперерабатывающего завода в Жезказгане мощностью 1 млн тонн в год за 480 млрд тенге. Проект предоставит работу 300 сотрудникам, и члены правительства одобрили документ, пишет издание «Курсив». 

Аким Улытауской области Берик Абдыгалиулы рассказал, что проект комплексного плана включает 126 мероприятий по девяти направлениям, предусматривающим реализацию проектов в различных сферах. 

«Объем инвестиций для реализации комплексного плана социально-экономического развития на пятилетний период составляет 1,4 трлн тенге, в том числе из республиканского бюджета – 124,8 млрд тенге, местного бюджета – 49 млрд тенге, а также частные инвестиции – 1,2 трлн тенге», – сказал он.

В промышленной сфере планируется построить нефтеперерабатывающий завод мощностью 1 млн тонн в год при его стоимости в 480 млрд тенге. При этом все 16 индустриальных проектов, которые планируется ввести в строй в ближайшие пять лет, совокупно будут стоить 787 млрд тенге и создадут 3 тыс. рабочих мест. В том числе ТОО «Корпорация Казахмыс» планирует построить новый сернокислотный цех в Жезказгане стоимостью 70 млрд тенге, ТОО «Компания Сары тау» – завод по производству меди в Сатпаеве стоимостью 27 млрд тенге, ТОО «Ulytau Gold Processing» построит перерабатывающий комплекс на руднике Ашиктас по технологии кучного выщелачивания золотосодержащих руд в Жанааркинском районе стоимостью 11,2 млрд тенге. В результате выпуск промышленной продукции за пять лет увеличится до 1,1 трлн тенге с 781 млрд тенге по итогам 2021 года.

В рамках проекта комплексного плана планируется увеличить добычу жильного кварца в Улытауском районе до 17,4 тыс. кубометров в год, а также провести геологоразведочные работы на нескольких месторождениях в регионе при планируемом объеме инвестиций в 20 млрд тенге. В сфере туризма будет реализовано 11 проектов на 8,2 млрд тенге, в том числе будет построен ТРЦ и оптово-распределительный центр в Жезказгане, а также гостиничные комплексы в Жезказгане и Улытауском районе. В агропромышленном комплексе будет реализовано 11 проектов на 8,2 млрд тенге, в том числе мясоперерабатывающий комплекс (ИП Тулеуов) в Жезказгане стоимостью 3,5 млрд тенге, мясная птицефабрика КХ Ахтямов в Жезказгане стоимостью 226 млрд тенге, животноводческий комплекс на 10 тыс. голов скота ТОО «Uly Dala Co.» стоимостью 1,3 млрд тенге. В жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве будет реализовано 25 проектов на 447,7 млрд тенге. Среди них строительство Жезказганской ТЭЦ-2, установка парогазового оборудования и модернизация ТЭЦ-1, ремонт тепловых сетей в Сатпаеве.

Напомним, министр энергетики Болат Акчулаков на брифинге 5 сентября сообщил, что вместо строительства четвертого нефтеперерабатывающего завода в Казахстане прорабатывают возможность расширения мощности Шымкентского НПЗ. Завод способен увеличить мощность переработки нефти в 1,5 раза – до 9 млн тонн в год. Переговоры об этом уже ведутся с партнерами.
