Eurasian Resources Group начала строительство ветроэлектростанции мощностью 155 МВт в Актюбинской области. В церемонии закладки капсулы приняли участие председатель и члены совета директоров ERG Александр Машкевич, Патох Шодиев и Шухрат Ибрагимов, и глава региона Ондасын Оразалин, передает МИА «Казинформ».
В Хромтауском районе проживают более 40 тыс. человек. Большинство жителей г. Хромтау сейчас работает на Донском горно-обогатительном комбинате. Поэтому очень важна стабильная работа этого предприятия. Модернизация технологии, внедрение современных систем никогда не сходят с повестки дня. В этом русле ERG начала строительство ветроэлектростанции «Хромтау». Новый проект реализуется в рамках программы декарбонизации компаний Группы и в соответствии с принципами ERG. Планируется, что станция мощностью 155 МВт начнет работать в 2024 г. На площади 150 га вблизи Хромтау появится ветрогенераторный парк.
При строительстве будут применяться новый инжиниринг и высокие технологии. Мощные турбины класса IEC S приспособят к местному климату. Они будут работать при скорости ветра от 3 метров в секунду до 25 метров в секунду. В результате появится возможность производить энергию в необходимом количестве в условиях резко континентального климата региона. Электроэнергия будет доставляться на Донской ГОК АО «ТНК «Казхром».
ERG инвестировала в проект около 110 млрд тенге. В период строительства здесь откроют около 300 рабочих мест. После запуска станции постоянно будут работать 30 человек.
«Президент РК заявил, что Казахстан намерен достичь углеродной нейтральности к 2060 году, мы всецело поддерживаем инициативу. Сегодня мы делаем важный шаг, и я верю, что переход Донского ГОКа на энергию ветра станет успешным кейсом, который мы сможем повторить на других предприятиях ERG. Наш опыт строительства ветроэлектростанции может стать примером для других крупных предприятий Казахстана», – отметил председатель Совета директоров ERG Александр Машкевич.
В настоящее время Донской ГОК потребляет около 45 МВт электроэнергии. В будущем объемы производства увеличатся, с учетом реализации новых проектов потребность может достигнуть 80 МВт. В рамках стратегической программы развития дефицита электроэнергии не будет. Это также эффективно в экологическом отношении. Ветроэлектростанция даст возможность уменьшить получение энергии из угля. То есть, выбросы углекислого газа сократятся на 530 тыс. тонн в год. ERG рассчитывает сократить выбросы СО2 на 2 млн тонн в итоге реализации Экологической стратегии. К 2030 году выбросы твердых веществ будут снижены на 56%, сбросы на 30%, объемы водопотребления – на 33%. Об этом рассказал Александр Машкевич на встрече с журналистами.
«У ERG есть экологическая стратегия. Мы планируем до 2030 года выделить 900 млрд тенге и построить на Донском горно-обогатительном комбинате обогатительную фабрику по переработке шламов. Предприятие поможет сократить объемы накопленных шламов. Кроме того, ежегодно будет производиться 700 тыс. тонн продукции. Ожидается, что качество концентрата будет не ниже 48,5%. Ежегодно будет перерабатываться 1,7 млн тонн сырья. Реализация проекта обеспечит снижение прогнозируемого дефицита концентрата, начиная с 2022 года. Полный ввод в эксплуатацию фабрики планируется в 2023 году. Объем инвестиций в проект превысит 50 млрд тенге. Будет создано 270 постоянных рабочих мест. Напоминаю, что для нас важны люди и их здоровье. На Актюбинском ферросплавном заводе начнется реализация проекта по получению электроэнергии от тепла уходящих ферросплавных газов. Мощность планируется в 100 МВт. Таким образом, в предстоящие пять лет мы уменьшим сбросы еще на 50%», – сказал А.Машкевич.
На Донском ГОКе строится 2-я очередь шахты «Десятилетие Независимости Казахстана». Ввод в работу новой очереди шахты позволит восполнить и увеличить объемы добычи хромовой руды до 7,5 млн тонн в год. С запуском второй очереди шахты откроется тысяча рабочих мест. Объем инвестиций превышает 877,6 млрд тенге.
На встрече с представителями СМИ Александр Машкевич отметил, что запасы руды еще велики, их хватит еще на 100 лет.
