В Черном море построят волновую электростанцию

Шведская компания «Eco Wave Power» и турецкая «Oren Ordu Eneas» объявили о строительстве крупнейшей в мире волновой электростанции, сообщает портал «Хайтек». Расчетная мощность установки составит 77 МВт.

Стоимость строительства составит около $150 млн. Установка для преобразования энергии морских волн в электричество будет состоять из фиксированного модульного массива стальных поплавков, шарнирно прикрепленных к рычагам с поршнями. Последние будут перекачивать рабочую жидкость по подводному шлангопроводу к береговому генератору, вырабатывающему устойчивую энергию. 

Строительство проекта осуществят в несколько этапов. На первом создадут пилотную установку мощностью 4 МВт в порту города Орду, по результатам тестового запуска и пилотной эксплуатации добавят остальные модули.

Несмотря на большой интерес к волновой энергетике, до сих пор эта технология не нашла активного применения. Первое в мире коммерческое волновое устройство Islay LIMPET установили на побережье острова Айлей в Шотландии и подключили к национальной сети Великобритании еще в 2000 году. А в 2008 году в Португалии в волновом парке Агусадура открыли первую экспериментальную волновую ферму с несколькими генераторами. Ее пиковая мощность составляет 2,25 МВт.

Несмотря на низкую существующую долю волновой энергетике в общем производстве, Управление энергетической информации США оценивает теоретический годовой потенциал волн у берегов государства в 2,64 трлн кВт*ч или около 64% от общего объема производства энергии в США в 2021 году.
