Last week our team held the well-deserved farewell of the First Deputy General Director of Svetland-Oil LLP Baidaulet Ergazievich Ergaliyev. A native of the Makhambet district of the Guryev (now Atyrau) region in 1982 he graduated from the Dzhambul Irrigation and Construction Institute with a degree in hydraulic engineering. He began his career in 1977 at the Nizhneuralsk Department of Irrigation Systems persistently continuing to study and gain new knowledge. Therefore the biography of our veteran was decorated with two more diplomas of graduation from higher educational institutions - the All-Union Institute for Advanced Training of Executives of the USSR Ministry of Water Resources (in 1983) and the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas (in 2005). Over the years he worked as the chief hydraulic engineer of the Makhambet district agro-industrial association, head of the department of the regional agro-industrial committee of the Guryev region, instructor of the socio-economic policy department of the Guryev regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, director of the state farm named after the 60th anniversary of the USSR. Baidaulet aga is one of the founders of the company in 1991 and for 29 years he has been the right hand of the general director on all matters of management and organization of production. All this time thanks to his professional knowledge and rich life experience, erudition and invariable correctness in communication, Baidaulet Ergazievich enjoyed great and well-deserved prestige, deep respect of the entire team. In total our veteran has 46 years of continuous and tireless work behind him!
